The term, stated plainly
The base and e-commerce plans run for 12 months. We build and launch your site without charging for the build, so the term is how we recover that cost. It is not a trap, and it is the reason there is no big bill on day one.
If you leave inside the 12 month term, you pay out the rest of it: (12 minus the months you have already paid) times your monthly plan rate. Add-ons are month to month and cancel with no payout.
We register your domain and host it on Cloudflare, and we hold the registrar account and DNS. If you leave after the term, we transfer the domain to you on request.
A website should pay for itself
The arithmetic is simple. At $298 a month, the plan costs $3,576 over the first year. If one extra job a month is worth more than $298 to your business, the site has covered its fee. Put your own average job value into that sum before you decide.

What do I pay, and when?
The base website plan is $298 a month, or $498 a month if you sell products online. All prices are in AUD and include GST. There is no upfront build fee: we carry the cost of building your site and recover it through the monthly fee over the 12 month term.
What happens if I leave before the 12 months are up?
If you leave inside the 12 month term, you pay out the rest of it: (12 minus the months you have already paid) times your monthly plan rate. Add-ons are month to month and cancel with no payout. For example, on the $298 plan, leaving after 4 months paid means $2,384 (8 months at $298). After the term the plan runs month to month.
Who owns my domain?
We register your domain and host it on Cloudflare, and we hold the registrar account and DNS. If you leave after the term, we transfer the domain to you on request. If you already have a domain, tell us on the sign-up form and we will point it at your new site.
What do the SEO and Google Ads add-ons cost?
Each add-on is $549 a month (AUD, GST inclusive), month to month, and you can add or cancel either one on 30 days notice with no payout. Add-ons are priced the same on the e-commerce plan.
Who pays Google for the ads?
You create your own Google Ads account and set your own payment method. We never hold your card. You pay Google your ad spend directly, and we charge management only. Our $549 a month is for managing the account only.
How big a site is the base plan?
It is a custom-built website sized to what your business needs, hosted on Cloudflare and built to load fast. We agree the pages with you at the start and keep the site up to date with small edits when you ask. Larger additions, such as a new section or a bulk content job, are quoted separately before any work starts.
What does the e-commerce plan add?
It is $498 a month and replaces the base plan. It adds a Shopify storefront on a fast front end, product and collection pages, checkout hand-off to Shopify, product structured data and ongoing catalogue support. You pay Shopify for your Shopify plan directly. Bulk uploads and custom apps are quoted separately.
Can you promise rankings, leads or sales?
No, and nobody honest can. What we can say is that a monthly fee lines us up with you: we only keep earning while the site is doing its job, so keeping it fast, current and converting is in our interest too.
Are the prices GST inclusive?
Yes. Every price on this page is in AUD and includes GST, so the price you see is the price on the invoice.
