No. Each plan is one monthly price with everything listed in the grid included — nothing to configure, no line items to juggle. The one extra is content: news articles and human-written pages at $90 each on Local, ordered from your dashboard and invoiced per item. On Growth, content is included.

How many pages do I get?

Page count comes with the plan: Instant is a focused one-page site, Local covers up to 10 pages, and Growth is unlimited with bespoke design. On Local you can add human-written pages for $90 each whenever you need them — and if you outgrow the plan, you move up and keep everything you've built.

What does the 12-month minimum term mean?

Every plan runs for a minimum of 12 months, then month-to-month. If you cancel early, the remaining months of the minimum are payable. And you own your site: leave at any time after the term and we transfer your domain free and hand over a full export of your content. While you're with us, domain renewals are covered.

Ad spend is billed separately at cost and stays in your own ad accounts. From $1,500/mo — the exact figure depends on your area and how competitive your market is.
