The brief
PropertyThrive is an Australian property development group that needed a site to match the size of the projects it runs. Property is a high-trust, high-value space. People do their homework before they get in touch, so the site had to look the part, load fast, and rank for the terms that actually bring in enquiries.
What we built
A custom site built on Next.js and hosted on Vercel: quick to load, easy to expand, and clean under the hood. We built out a proper content layer rather than a handful of thin pages, so there's real depth for both visitors and Google to work with. Every page is structured and marked up correctly, which is how the site lands a 100% SEO score rather than just looking tidy on the surface.
The Pagecog approach
We treated SEO as part of the build, not a bolt-on. Technical fundamentals done right, content mapped to how people search in this space, and a structure that makes it simple to keep adding pages as the group grows. The result is a site that holds up to scrutiny from serious buyers and keeps working as a lead source rather than sitting there as a brochure.
