The brief
Lil' Bird is a local cafe that needed a website to match the room: warm, current, and easy to find. Hospitality runs on discovery. People search "cafe near me", check the menu, glance at the photos, and decide in seconds whether to walk in. The brief was a single-page site that nailed those few seconds and a campaign to get it onto local search front pages quickly, ahead of the next brunch rush.
What we built
A clean single-page landing site that does exactly what a cafe site should: an up-to-date menu, fresh photography that makes the food look as good as it tastes, opening hours and location front and centre, and direct links to their social feeds so the live, day-to-day energy of the place comes through. Built on Cloudflare for instant loads on mobile, where nearly every "where should we eat" decision gets made. No bloat, no slow plugins, just a site that loads before the customer changes their mind.
The Pagecog approach
We wrapped the build in a tight local-SEO campaign tuned for hospitality search: local business structured data, a properly optimised Google Business Profile, and content matched to how hungry locals actually search. Within a month Lil' Bird was landing on the front pages of local search, turning casual "anywhere good around here?" queries into people through the door.
