Subscription terms

The base website plan is $298 a month. The e-commerce plan is $498 a month and replaces the base plan. All prices are in AUD and include GST. There is no upfront build fee. Hosting, security upkeep, small content edits on request, a monthly report and a dashboard login are part of the plan.

We aim to have your site live within 48 hours of having what we need from you, not counting weekends. That is a target, not a guarantee, and missing information from you can extend it.

The base and e-commerce plans have a minimum term of 12 months. After the term the plan continues month to month until you cancel.

If you leave inside the 12 month term, you pay out the rest of it: (12 minus the months you have already paid) times your monthly plan rate. Add-ons are month to month and cancel with no payout.

For example, on the base plan, leaving with 4 months paid means paying out the remaining 8 months: $2,384. On the e-commerce plan the same exit is $3,984.

We carry the cost of building your site so you do not pay for it upfront. The term and the payout are how we recover that cost.

We register your domain and host it on Cloudflare, and we hold the registrar account and DNS. If you leave after the term, we transfer the domain to you on request.

• While you are a customer, domain registration and renewal fees are covered by us.
• Your site is hosted on Cloudflare. We manage DNS and keep the site online, fast and secure.
• Domain registration rules apply, including auDA eligibility requirements for .au domains. We may ask for your ABN or other details to meet them.
• If you already have a domain, we point it at your new site while you remain a customer.

The add-ons are SEO at $549 a month and Google Ads management at $549 a month (AUD, GST inclusive). They are month to month. You can add or cancel either one on 30 days notice, and cancelling an add-on never triggers a payout. Cancelling the base plan inside the term is covered by section 2.

You create your own Google Ads account and set your own payment method. We never hold your card. You pay Google your ad spend directly, and we charge management only.

• We do not promise leads, sales or any result from advertising or SEO.

We invoice you by email each month in advance, and invoices are payable within 7 days. If an invoice is still unpaid after 7 days, we suspend the site until the account is brought up to date. If it remains unpaid after 30 days, we take the site offline. We keep your domain and your data safe throughout, and the 12 month term and any amount owing continue to apply. Paying what is owed restores the site.
