Dashboard questions, answered

Who can log in to the dashboard?
People we invite by email. They sign in with a code sent to that address, so there is no password to remember. An owner can edit enquiries. A viewer can read but not change anything.
Is the dashboard included in the price?
Yes. It comes with every plan, including the Website plan at $298 a month.
Can I export my enquiries?
Yes. The enquiries list has a CSV export for the period you have selected.
Does the dashboard show Google Ads spend or cost per lead?
No. It shows which enquiries came from a Google ad click and splits visitors by channel. Ad spend and click costs stay in your own Google Ads account.
How fresh are the numbers?
Visits and enquiries usually appear within a few minutes, and the dashboard refreshes on a short delay. It is close to live, not instant. Search Console data comes from Google and runs a couple of days behind.
Can I see it before I sign up?
Yes. The live demo is a sample account with made-up numbers, so you can click through every screen.
