The brief
HTG Group (Hi Tech Graphics) supplies workwear, hi-vis, PPE and promotional products, and brands them in-house with embroidery and direct-to-film printing. The business was founded in 2007, is family-owned and woman-led, and works from a workshop in Unanderra, supplying businesses across Australia. Its website went down when the previous host closed, and a supplier like this lives on enquiries from people who search for a product, find the site and ask for a quote. With the site gone, those searches had nowhere to land.
What we built
A new site on TanStack Start, rebuilt from archived copies of the old pages and the shop's own photos. The homepage leads with the workshop and a single call to action: call, or request a quote. Behind it sit a page for each service (embroidery, DTF printing, hi-vis, PPE, workwear, corporate uniforms, screen printing, promotional products and design services), a page for each of the ten brands they supply, and a page for each of ten industries, from construction and mining to clubs and aged care. A gallery shows real work from the shop floor, and a case study covers 500 hooded towels embroidered for SES volunteers. Their Google reviews have a page of their own. The contact form sends enquiries straight to the team by email. Content is written in MDX, so a new news post or service page is a file, not a plugin. The site runs on Cloudflare Workers, not a WordPress stack.
The Pagecog approach
We built it as a catalogue that answers buying questions. Each service page carries its own FAQs, and the business name, address, hours and phone sit in one place, so every page and every piece of structured data repeats them the same way. The business is marked up as a local business and clothing store, with its services, brands and Google rating described in schema. Palette and type come from the company's own capability statement: black and hi-vis yellow with condensed headings, so the site looks like the garments it sells. If you need a similar rebuild, see our web design work.
