Website, SEO and Google Ads for pest controllers
A redback nest gets a call to the first pest controller found. Termite work is planned and checked for licence.
Who arrives at a pest controller's site
- Rats or wasps right now
- A call button on every pest page, your hours, and a line saying when you can attend.
- Termite signs
- What mud tubes look like, what an inspection covers and what happens if activity is found.
- Buying a house
- What a pre purchase report covers and how quickly you deliver it.
- Wants a regular service
- A plain yearly or quarterly plan, with what each visit includes and what it costs.
How people hire pest controllers
Pest controllers treat general pests, termites, rodents, wasps and bees, and cockroaches, and do pre purchase inspections. A redback nest or rats in the roof get a call to the first pest controller the customer finds. Termite work and pre purchase inspections are planned and checked for licence and reports.
Customers describe what they found in the roof, not the service they want. The site starts from the pest and ends at your phone.
Spring and summer peak for insects, rodents move indoors in winter, and termite swarms follow warm humid weather.

Show the licence, claim only what you can prove
Every state we checked licenses people who apply pesticides for a fee. We found no pest specific rule on showing the licence number in advertising, except in Queensland, where chemical termite management is a QBCC licence class and the QBCC advertising rule applies. The ACCC says claims must be accurate and substantiated, so we write no absolute guarantees such as 100% effective.

Work we run for pest controllers
Avalanche Pest Control is a pest controller whose site we built. A batch of near identical suburb pages we built for it lost visibility and was rewritten, which is why we do not template them.
