Website, SEO and Google Ads for builders
Long, planned and high value. Buyers shortlist on past work, paperwork and how a builder handles council.
How people hire builders
Builders sell renovations, extensions, granny flats, new homes, duplexes, knockdown rebuilds, decks and pergolas. The buying is long and planned, with months between the first visit and a signed contract.
Buyers shortlist on past work, photos, licence and insurance, and how a builder handles council. A builder's site is a document that gets compared with two others, so it shows the work, explains the process and puts the paperwork where it can be checked.
Enquiries rise after Christmas and in spring as people plan the year's project. Build timing follows approvals more than seasons.

Licence, registration and insurance in one block
NSW requires a licence for residential building work over $5,000 and the licensee name, number and phone number in all advertising. Queensland requires a licence over $3,300 and the licensed name, number and a QBCC Act statement. Victoria's regulator is now the Building and Plumbing Commission. One block, set by state, holds the licence class, number and insurance, and a page never advertises work the licence does not cover.
